Savory Mince
This savory mince on toast is deliciously easy. Packed with flavor, it's quick to throw together and makes a great midweek meal, lunch or even snack! Delicious!

Servings: 4 people a light meal or snack.
- 1 large brown onion
- 1 packet (500gms/ 1 & a bit lbs) beef mince
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestshire sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
Dice the onions.
Measure the rest of the ingredients.
Heat a pan and brown the mince. Set aside.
Heat the pan and brown the diced onions. Add the mince back in.
Sprinkle over the corn flour. Stir and heat for a few minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, worchestire sauce and frozen veggies.
Add the crushed garlic clove.
Dissolve the stock cube into half a cup of boiling water. Add it to the pan.
Stir and heat until the gravy thickens and you're done!
Serve on buttered toast or mashed potato. Garnish with parsley if you're feeling fancy!
